All Cookies and Houses are fresh, handmade and made-to-order just for you! Before we ship please allow up to 3 days for Cookies, 5 days for Custom Cookies, 5-7 days for Small-Medium Gingerbread Houses, 8 days for Large Gingerbread Houses and 10 days for Extra Large Gingerbread Houses. Shipping included with the price.

Cookie Care Tips

  • For Freshest Cookies Eat Within One Week

  • Place inside an airtight container, in a dry area, out of direct sunlight.

  • Do not store cookies in the refrigerator!

  • Freeze cookies for up to 5 months in an airtight container.

  • Defrost cookies by placing on the counter. Do not remove them from the package until they’ve reached room temperature.

  • Buttercream frosting should be refrigerated upon receipt, and may be frozen for up to 3 months.

  • Yes! Every batch of cookies is baked fresh and carefully decorated before your order is shipped or prepared for local pickup.

  • Our cookies are individually packaged to help maintain freshness. When stored in a cool, dry place, for the freshest cookies eat with in one week. But they will not last that long!

  • Yes! Freeze cookies for up to 5 months in an airtight container. To Defrost cookies place on the counter. Do not remove them from the package until they’ve reached room temperature.

  • Most non-custom cookie orders ship within the dates selected at checkout.

    If you need your cookies by a specific date, please contact us before ordering or as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

  • Yes! We take freshness seriously. Our cookies are baked fresh, individually packaged, and carefully prepared for shipment. We guarantee freshness when your cookies are shipped so they arrive ready to enjoy.

  • Absolutely! We create custom cookies for birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate events, baby showers, school events, parties, celebrations, and other special occasions.

    For customers in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, please place your order by the following dates:
